The Early Careers Chemistry Network (ECCN) is a new initiative that has been organised by the Chemistry Education Association (CEA). The central objective of the ECCN is to assist Victorian secondary school chemistry teachers early in their careers. One of our strategies for achieving this objective was to create a resource website for early careers chemistry teachers to improve their ease of transition into teaching chemistry.
